Custom and personalized orders
I will involve you every step of the way with your custom order to make sure you get exactly what you want! Soon after purchase I will send you a confirmation message to verify choices and any other questions I may have before getting started on your custom order. Once your custom design is completed I will send a final message with a picture to make sure the item is to your liking prior to shipping.
When will my order ship?
I ship using USPS first class mail. Upon payment confirmation, all ready to ship items will ship in 1-3 business days. Custom orders will ship in 5-7 business days. If your order has a combination of ready and custom items, the entire order will ship after the custom item is ready, 5-7 business days. If any of these times would change you will be notified. When your item ships you will receive a message confirmation with tracking info.
Care instructions
The jewelry in my shop is considered costume jewelry and exposure to water, excessive hairspray/perfumes/lotions may discolor or compromise the jewelry. Please take special care to remove your jewelry when cleaning, exercising, bathing, swimming, etc. and put your jewelry on AFTER applying hairsprays/perfumes/lotions.
